My name is Michalis Nikitakis and I live with my family in Kamilari.
Together with my Belgium wife, Ilse, I run our company crete-home4u.
For the last 10 years we have assisted people in buying or building a house of their dreams.
We see it as our responsibility to ensure that our clients have the best assistance during and after bying property on Crete. If you are not already a residant we take the full responsibility regarding the building process and follow up the process continuosly and we will keep in contact with the clients by e-mail sending pictures of the different steps in the buildingprocess.
We can provide advice and help with all aspects relating the furnishing and maintainence of your property, as well as legal and taxation issues.
