How it works
Planning
Our architects and engineers plan every phase and resource in advance, so we can commit to a delivery date. If you cannot be in Crete for the whole build, this lets you time visits around the milestones that matter to you.
Control
Every build passes two layers of control: our own internal quality checkpoints, and the official government inspections — including the steel-reinforcement check and the final building inspection.
Handover
We walk you through your finished home, help you get connected — utilities and local services — and stay reachable long after the keys change hands.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own plot, or do I need to buy one from you?
Both work. We build on plots our clients already own as well as on plots we sell. Before any design work starts, our engineers check the plot’s building rights so you know exactly what can be built.
Do you have plots available if I do not have one yet?
Yes — see the plots currently for sale, or tell us what you’re looking for. We often know about plots before they are listed.
How long does a typical build take?
It depends on the size and design of the home. Once the plan is final, we commit to a delivery date in your contract, so you know the timeline before any work begins.
Can I manage the build remotely if I do not live in Crete?
Yes — many of our clients live abroad. Because every phase is planned in advance, you can time your visits around the milestones that matter to you, and we keep you updated in between.
What happens if I cannot be on-site for the whole build?
Our team supervises every stage on your behalf. Each build passes our own quality checkpoints and the official government inspections, whether or not you are there.
