1. Who we are

2. What we collect when you contact us
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your message, what you are interested in and the property you asked about. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, to stop spam and repeated automated submissions. The enquiry is emailed to us and kept in the website’s administration area, which only our team can access. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and tell you about the properties, building services or rentals you asked about. The legal basis is your request and the steps towards a possible contract with you (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe from spam (article 6(1)(f)), and, for statistics, your consent (article 6(1)(a)). We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, and we never sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any purchase, rental or building project that follows, and then delete them. Records we must keep by law (for example for tax) are kept for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
5. Cookies and similar technology
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use statistics cookies. Only if you accept do we use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site; if you deny, no statistics cookies are set. We use no advertising or marketing cookies. A few functional cookies remember your choice, and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. The details are in our Cookie Policy. If you save listings with the heart button, the list is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us. Maps on property pages load only when you click “Show map”; the map comes from Google Maps (or OpenStreetMap), which may then set its own cookies and receives your IP address.
6. Services that handle data for us
Our website hosting provider stores the site and the enquiries. Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks; it processes your IP address and technical request data, and its Turnstile check on our forms may look at your browser to tell people from bots. Our email provider handles the enquiry emails. If you accept statistics cookies, Google (Google Ireland Limited) processes your visit for Google Analytics. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply. Some of these companies may process data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
7. Sharing with others
When you go ahead with a purchase, rental or building project, and only then, we may pass the details needed to independent lawyers, notaries, surveyors, architects or engineers working on your case. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
