We are getting ready to build a new 3 bedroom villa with swimming pool and sea view in Kamilari,
In the following picture You can see the view from the plot:
The plan has an open kitchen-dining-living room upstairs with a toilet and big veranda with a sitars going down to the pool area.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.
The next picture is a sketch of how the villa will look:
By the pool is also a shower and toilet, and BBQ and cooking area.
From the street You will enter the garage which is on the top floor of the villa.
